Welcome to DearPrime! Since we specialize in digital products, our Shipping & Returns Policy is slightly different from traditional e-commerce stores. Please read the details below to understand how product delivery and returns work.


1. Shipping Policy

How Are Digital Products Delivered?

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, your purchased digital product (theme, plugin, template, etc.) will be available for instant download.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a download link after completing your purchase.
  • You can also access your purchased products from your DearPrime account dashboard (if applicable).

Delivery Time

  • Instant Delivery – Products are available for download immediately after successful payment.
  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@dearprime.in.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you experience any issues with receiving your digital product, the possible reasons include:

  1. Payment processing delays – Some payment gateways take longer to confirm transactions.
  2. Incorrect email address – Ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.
  3. System error – If our system fails to deliver the product, contact us immediately.

2. Returns Policy

Since our products are digital downloads, we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer limited refunds in specific cases (see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details).

Eligible Return (Refund) Cases:

Defective Product – If the product has major issues that prevent it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to fix them.
Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once.
Non-Delivery – If you do not receive the product due to a technical issue and we are unable to provide access.

Non-Returnable Cases:

Change of Mind – Once a product is downloaded, we do not accept returns for personal preference.
Incompatibility Issues – Please check system requirements before purchasing. Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.
Downloaded Products – If you have already downloaded the product, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
